Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Thai public holidays.

RAVEN ships worldwide.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Domestic orders within Thailand ship via J&T Express and are free. International orders ship via Thailand Post (EMS), with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact support@ravenstu.com.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact support@ravenstu.com with your order number so we can open a claim with the carrier.
Address accuracy
RAVEN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
