Return window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging (where applicable)

Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

Non-returnable items

Items marked Final Sale or Drop-Exclusive at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to start a return

Email support@ravenstu.com or DM @ravenstu with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

Return shipping cost

For standard returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — RAVEN is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns are issued as RAVEN Store Credit (not a refund to your original payment method), sent via email as a discount code equal to the item's value. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If you received a defective item, damaged item, or the wrong item due to our error, contact support@ravenstu.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. In this case only, RAVEN will provide a full refund to your original payment method and cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

RAVEN does not offer direct size exchanges. Return your item for RAVEN Store Credit and place a new order in the correct size.
